Most of our clients have had an executive assistant in the past and understand the value they bring to the table.  If this is your first experience working with an assistant, don’t worry, we’re experts at helping clients build an effective and successful working relationship from day one.

Your executive assistant can take a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities off your plate, allowing you to stay focused on higher-level priorities. Support may include calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel planning, vendor research and communication, presentation creation, spreadsheet management, client correspondence, and personal scheduling and logistics.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Our onboarding process is designed to be seamless and thoughtful from the start. We begin with a consultation call to better understand your business, operational challenges, and support needs. If it feels like a strong fit, we’ll prepare a customized proposal and Statement of Work for your review.

During the SOW review, we’ll align on expectations, communication preferences, priorities, and scope of support before finalizing the agreement.

Once the agreement is finalized and signed, onboarding begins and we transition into active support.

How knowledgeable is my executive assistant with Information Technology?

Our executive assistants are highly proficient in the platforms and tools that power modern businesses, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, DocuSign, CRM systems, project management tools, and more.

During onboarding, we’ll identify the systems and workflows most critical to your business to ensure seamless integration and support.

How do you handle sensitive business and personal information?

Protecting our clients’ privacy and information is a top priority. We operate with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every aspect of our work, whether managing sensitive communications, financial information, calendars, or business operations.

Question 6

Will my assistant be supporting other executives at the same time they are support me?

Accepted Answer

We intentionally limit the number of clients each executive assistant supports.  An assistant will never support more than 3 executives at a time.
